Yes, you know: stress is a normal and expected part of our lives, but it’s not a part we always know how to cope with.
Here there are some tips to deal with Stress:
- Take care about your body: get exercise, eat balanced with low fats, regular meals.
- Sleep enough.
- Avoid unhealthy copyng like smoke, alcohol, drugs.
- Take your prescribed medications.
- Take a mental health breaks whenever you can.
- Speak with someone who can help you.
- Breathing slowly and deeply when you are tense helps to oxygenate your body, release tensions from your muscles, and clear your mind.
- Don’t run everywhere!!! Take your time!
- Laugh a lot!!!!
- Say “no” when is possible.
- Love the others and take care about them.
- Find a hobby.
- Add pleasure in your life.
- Lose in your daydreams.
